    Best dive shop! Im taking diving classes here and they are really good. The shop has the best deals around on equipment and classes. Staff is also really nice.

    These guys are the WORST rental agents I've ever encountered. They simply don't care about their customers. My parents rented a condo in Englewood, right on the Gulf. We're right on the beach, not a cheap rental, one you'd think they'd want to service well and take care of their customers. It started on day 1 of the 2 month rental. First, the condo was FILTHY. I mean, gross. It hadn't been deep cleaned in ages. They said that was up to the owner to do. I call that passing the buck and being cheap. Then, it turns out the vacuum the cleaners had been using was broken! They never said anything! Where's the oversight? The dishes were disgusting, with a sticky film to them. Again, no cleaning oversight, a basic requirement when you're charging a cleaning fee to every renter! Next, there wasn't a mailbox key. They said they had to contact the owner, because they didn't have one. This runaround went on all week with various people at the agency. Finally we had to leave a note for the mailman after a week to figure something out. Next, the front door leaked buckets underneath it during a storm. It flooded the hall. Again, they said they couldn't do anything and would contact the owner. 3 weeks later, it happens again. Did they contact anyone to fix it? No one could tell us. Obviously they hadn't. We had to take it into our hands to get it fixed because of the realtor's unresponsiveness. There is just an attitude of poor customer service at Manasota Key Realty that is pervasive with all of their associates. They don't care about their properties, they don't care about their customers. All they care about is getting your check.
