  They are the most unprofessional and rude group of business women I have ever met in my life. I have rented from them for 4 years because I like my house. I have only ever been late on rent once (which was just a few days) and I paid the $25 late fee. I never usually call for problems unless it is a dire emergency because they are so rude. I called twice in 4 years for plumbing issues. Once I had to wait over 24 hours for even a call back from them when a pipe out back was spraying water everywhere, and another time I was hung up on because I demanded my toilet be fixed so I could go to the bathroom after waiting almost 24 hrs. I had to threaten to put my rent into escrow in order to get the plumber. It is ridiculous and I don't want anyone else to have to deal with what I have to deal with...I might as well have a slum lord instead of a Management Company!
